ConnectALL is not currently accepting applications to the Digital Equity Program Capacity Grant.
ConnectALL’s Digital Equity Program Capacity Grant will provide two-year grants to a range of entities and partnerships working to bridge the digital divide. Funds will drive new initiatives and effective collaborations to deliver high-quality digital literacy trainings, access to devices and equipment, digital privacy skills, and inclusive support services to expand internet use among underserved communities and Covered Populations across the state.
ConnectALL’s Digital Equity Program Capacity Grant, funded by the by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration's State Digital Equity Capacity Grant Program, will support projects that align with New York State's Digital Equity Plan. ConnectALL aims to double the capacity of the State’s digital equity ecosystem demonstrated through positive outcomes in: employment and job readiness; education; health and well-being; civic engagement, and access to essential government services.

January 23, 2025: Request for Applications (RFA) Issued, opening of Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Portal
March 24, 2025: Application deadline, 11:59PM ET, submitted through the New York State Consolidated Funding Application Portal
Eligibility
- Applicants must be in operation for a minimum of three years with a demonstrated track record of working in New York State serving Covered Populations
- Organizations and entities may apply together in a collaborative proposal with one Lead Applicant
- Applicants must directly serve at least one Covered Population in New York State providing one or more of the following:
- online accessibility and inclusivity of public resources and services;
- digital literacy;
- online privacy and cybersecurity; and
- availability/affordability of consumer devices with technical support
- Applicants must be a local government or instrumentality of New York State, not-for-profit organization, foundation, community anchor institution, local education agency, or workforce development program, among others
