ConnectALL is not currently accepting applications to the Fiber Optic Deployment Solutions RFA.

 

Applications must be submitted through the New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Portal.

The Connectivity Innovation – Fiber Optic Deployment Solutions Request for Applications (RFA) under the ConnectALL Connectivity Innovation Program seeks to expand methods of installation to deploy fiber optic infrastructure or its equivalent across New York State.  Traditional methods of fiber installation have known obstacles that cause delays in deployment, including the complexity of gaining safe, timely access to utility poles and the cost and disruption of subterranean installation. This RFA seeks innovative solutions that will accelerate installation timelines, decrease cost, minimize disruption, and support deployment to areas with limited coverage or capacity. The ideal solutions are scalable, resilient, and applicable under current conditions across New York State.
